Most of the time Azula made a point of avoiding the portrait in the hallway. She didn't like staring at the slimmer girl in the frame who seemed to smirk smugly at her and judging her for being so out of shape. That morning was different. Deep in thought she happened to wander by it. She found herself under that familiar gaze the one that looked just like hers. Standing beneath it with a snack in one hand she rubbed her other hand over her belly. It was looking a lot smaller these days. It felt notably smaller too. She decided that she more closely resembles the girl in the portrait than she did a few months ago. She finished her snack and slid her hands down her sides. They were still plenty plush with a tummy that dipped gently over her waistband. It no longer hung and sagged like it did before. But it also didn't show off the lean sculpted abs that it used to. It wasn't a slim tummy by any means. It was one with a notable amount of extra fluff and padding. Soft and
The princess couldn't be sure but she thought that she looked smaller. Only a little but enough for it to be noticeable. That meant at least her week worth of struggling was amounting to something. There was only one way to be completely sure. Changing clothes was always one of her least favorite things because most of the time it was a struggle. Every time she put on a pair of pants they would dig tighter and more painfully into her slowly expanding belly. But this time would be different it had to be. She found the pants that she wore the day before. Holding them up was like preparing for a battle and usually she would come out victorious even if her belly was spilling out over the waistband and the button was barely holding on. As she always had to the princess took a deep breath and sucked in as much of her middle as she could. For a change they pulled right up. Azula released her breath and her stomach rushed forward to fill the space. The pants were still rather snug although
"You made it further than last time!" Tylee exclaimed. Azula was too tired to get any sense of achievement. She struggled to catch her breath. She only made it to floor two and they were expecting her to be able to get to the training room and use it. She was on her 4th day of trying to make it to the third floor and she was only making a little more progress each time. She rested her hands on her knees to the extent that she could with her belly sagging so heavily forward. The princess stared up at the remaining flight of stairs. She vowed to make it to the third floor this time. Tylee followed her as she slowly made her way up the final set of stairs by the time she reached the top she was ready to fall over. Her face was red and she was panting at a rate she never had before but she was at the top of the stairs then and then the palace fitness room. "I'll go get Sokka and tell him that you finally made it." Tylee said. Azula was breathing too heavily to provide a real reply.

Looking for an artist to do a trade with. I wanted to get art of an original character to use as a profile picture. I would write a short story in return. Send a note if interested. I can write but I can't draw well.
